Frustrating

So Dustin and I are so excited to begin this journey, however I am so very frustrated with the costs. I don't know how people do it. I know without a doubt Dustin and I would be great parents and there are children all over the world without a home or parents, so why does it cost 25,000 dollars! We have the money to raise a child we just dont have 25,000 laying around! I know it will happen the way it is ment to, but still I just dont know how we are going to come up with the money. Thanks for letting me vent, I am better now :)

Beach

We just got back from the beach with Jayme and my mom. We all had such a wonderful time. It was beautiful. As for the adoption process we are still in the initial stages of filling out the paperwork before the homestudy. We were officially accepted into the program on friday I knew the wait would be long, but after talking with the agency I think it will be longer than expected. I guess that will give us time to save up. I love reading everyones comments and support.

So today I received the paperwork for our homestudy. Whew it is alot. I am not quit sure how we will pay for all this, but it will work out. We our hoping to do a fundraiser in the upcoming year. Thanks for all your comments guys it is so great to have support. I have told a couple people of our the endevour we are about to journey on, and some people don't understand why we dont just have one. I love my husband more than anything and one day if the timing is right we will try and have one, but for now, this is something I know we are suppost to do. If there is one child who I can better than life then I have to try.

The begining...

So the other day Dustin and I submitted our adoption application to Children's Hope International Adoption Agency. We are sooo excited! Adoption is something we have always talked about and feel so lucky that we will be able to do in the very near future. Our next step is completing our home study. We are so glad to be able to share our experience with you all. Thank you for all your support!
